Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee daily warehouse and kitchen tasks, ensure safe operations, and support inventory accuracy during fast-paced shifts. You will guide associates, prioritize orders, and help elevate customer experience, with light food prep where needed; must be 18+, high school or GED, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficient with Google Docs/Sheets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success in fast-paced warehouse/retail environments.
• Able to lead and motivate teams during shifts.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs. and using pallet-jack equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and oversee warehouse and kitchen processes.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality across the operation.
• Train and guide Operations Associates; escalate daily issues as needed.
• Support inventory management and order fulfillment with accuracy.
