Job summary

DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in our local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, supervise warehouse and light-kitchen tasks, ensure safety, protect assets, and train teammates while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will help delight customers by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, coordinating with Dashers, and guiding the team to work efficiently. A flexible schedule, basic English, and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Experience in food & beverage, warehouse, or retail.
• Willing to obtain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• Flexible schedule and on-site availability.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, inventory, safety, and training.
• Delight customers by ensuring accurate orders and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Lead Operations Associates, ensuring safety and productivity, point of escalation.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks, model professional behavior and teamwork.
• Suggest improvements to quality and customer experience.
