Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart seeks a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in a local fulfillment center, coordinating warehouse and occasional kitchen tasks. You will guide teammates, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate pallet jacks, and work with Google Docs/Sheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college diploma preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse/kitchen environment.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations and assign tasks to team.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety/cleanliness.
• Assist with order fulfillment and light food prep where applicable.
• Provide training and act as escalation point for daily operations.
