Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to run day-to-day operations in a local fulfillment center, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory, and light kitchen prep where required.

You’ll own shifts, delegate tasks, ensure safety, and coach team members while delivering a high‑quality customer experience. This role requires 18+, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash training provided).
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexible schedule with multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, and protect assets.
• Delight customers by ensuring accurate orders and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Lead Operations team, ensure safety and productivity.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and foster a respectful environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
