Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage fast-paced local fulfillment operations. You will oversee shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a warehouse (and light-kitchen) setting, maintaining inventory and safety standards.

You are organized, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working flexible shifts. Prior food/retail experience is a plus, with opportunities for pay increases and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college diploma preferred but not essential.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to cover multiple shifts as needed.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Guide Operations Associates and escalate daily issues as needed.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and maintain inventory control.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
