Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to run daily operations in a local fulfillment center, overseeing warehouse and kitchen tasks, inventory, and training. You will own shifts, guide team members, and ensure orders are completed accurately while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You must be on your feet for long periods, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficient with Google Docs/Sheets. A food handling certificate is preferred and DOordash training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Food handling certificate obtained or in process; training provided by DoorDash.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Own shift responsibilities for warehouse and kitchen processes, inventory, and equipment.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Contribute to improvements in quality and customer experience.
