Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a proactive Shift Lead for a local-fulfillment DashMart site in the United States. You will own shifts, manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and guide operations staff to deliver high-quality orders.

Requirements include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets. Training for a food-handling certificate is provided, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; operates pallet jack/hand truck.
• Food handling certificate obtainable (DoorDash training provided).
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes.
• Maintain inventory, safety, cleanliness, and asset protection.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues as needed.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer communications are clear.
• Collaborate across warehouse and kitchen to improve operations.
