Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to run daily shift operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, maintain inventory, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately for Dasher pickups.

You will guide teammates, enforce safety, and help improve quality and the customer experience. Must be 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be able to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Possess or obtain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen tasks, safety, and inventory.
• Lead Operations Associates and ensure safe, productive work flow.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and high-quality customer pickup experiences.
• Support both warehouse and light kitchen operations as required.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
