Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for its DashMart local fulfillment center. You will manage shifts, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced warehouse and light-prep kitchen environment.

You’ll lead a team, keep safety and cleanliness top priority, and drive a high-quality customer experience while supporting both warehouse and kitchen operations. Prior food/retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, positive, and a team player; brings a great attitude to work.
• Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, or retail.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; can operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Willing to obtain/maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively and serve as escalation point.
• Engage in professional, respectful interactions to maintain a positive, safe warehouse atmosphere.
