Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for the DashMart local fulfillment center. You will manage shifts, coordinate warehouse and light-kitchen duties, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will guide Operations Associates, uphold safety, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience. A strong work ethic and flexibility in shifts are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack/hand truck.
• Experience in food, beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Flexible scheduling with multiple shifts as per site needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Delight customers by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates and serve as the escalation point for daily operations to maintain smooth workflows.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks, engaging in professional interactions to ensure a safe, productive environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience across daily operations.
