Job summary

DoorDash, DashMart seeks a motivated Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, delegate duties, and maintain inventory while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead a team of Operations Associates, ensure accurate order fulfillment, address issues with customers, and foster a professional, collaborative environment. Flexibility with shifts and sustaining high performance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and ensure warehouse and light kitchen processes run smoothly.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer communication is proactive.
• Maintain inventory control and protect assets from loss or theft.
