Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to support local fulfillment operations in a fast-paced setting. You will manage shifts, oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and ensure accurate order fulfillment for Dashers and customers.

You’ll own shift responsibilities, protect inventory, guide a team of Operations Associates, and contribute to safe, productive daily operations. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, positive, team player with strong integrity.
• Proven success in food & beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Able to stand, move heavy products up to 50 lbs, and operate a pallet jack/hand truck.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED; college diploma preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 18; organized with Google Docs and Sheets.
• Flexible schedule across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and oversee warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer pickups run smoothly.
• Lead Operations Associates to maintain safety and productivity.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks and lead by example.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
