Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily warehouse and light kitchen operations within a local fulfillment center. You will own your shift, delegate tasks, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, coordinate with site management, and help improve processes. The role requires physical ability, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to obtain a food handling certificate.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Willingness to perform in dynamic warehouse/kitchen environment.
• Food handling certificate (training provided) is required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts in warehouse and kitchen processes.
• Maintain inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and quality, protecting company assets.
• Collaborate to improve operations and customer experience.
