Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to own shift operations in a fast-paced local-fulfillment center. You will manage warehouse and, in some sites, light kitchen prep, guide a team, and ensure quality and safety. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and improving daily processes to delight customers.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be 18+, have or obtain a food handling certificate, and be proficient with Google Docs/Sheets. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Willingness to obtain food handling certificate (training provided).
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates and act as escalation point for daily operations.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks, maintaining a safe, productive environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
