Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for the DashMart local fulfillment center. You will own assigned shifts, oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and drive safety, quality, and training across the team.

You will ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise, while guiding a team through daily operations. The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, prior experience in food/warehouse/retail, and proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Proven experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments preferred.
• Able to use Google Docs and Google Sheets for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, ensure warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly.
• Lead Operations Associates and maintain safety and productivity on shift.
• Ensure order accuracy and smooth Dasher pickups; address issues with customers.
