Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in a local fulfillment center, guiding warehouse and kitchen tasks, ensuring safety, accuracy of orders, and inventory control. You will lead associates, handle escalations, and support both warehouse and kitchen duties.

We require a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets, and willingness to obtain a food handling certificate.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Experience in food, warehouse, or retail settings is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain a food handling certificate (DoorDash will provide training).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Lead Operations Associates, guiding safe and productive work.
• Maintain inventory controls and protect company assets.
