Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for its DashMart local fulfillment centers. You will oversee warehouse and kitchen tasks, assign duties, and ensure smooth order fulfillment while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience across multiple shifts. A solid background in food, warehouse, or retail settings is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain a food handling certificate.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in food & beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Able to work in fast-paced, physical settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Associates to ensure safe, productive shifts.
• Manage inventory and assist with day-to-day tasks in warehouse and kitchen.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer handoffs go smoothly.
• Maintain a positive, respectful environment and role-model professional behavior.
