Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a DashMart local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure order accuracy, and maintain safety standards while guiding team members through shifts.

Ideal candidates are organized, physically capable, and have 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED. Training for food handling will be provided, and flexibility in scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Be on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain/maintain a food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned shifts, overseeing warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Lead Operations Associates, ensuring safety and productivity and acting as escalation point.
• Maintain inventory and equipment, protect assets, and handle returns to avoid loss.
• Collaborate across warehouse and kitchen tasks to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
