Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for its DashMart local fulfillment center in a fast-paced, physical environment. You will own shifts, delegate tasks, maintain inventory, and support both warehouse and light-kitchen operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

You must be self-motivated, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., and able to obtain a food handling certificate. A high school diploma or GED is required, with flexibility for various shifts and strong teamwork across

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks/hand trucks.
• Experience in food & beverage, warehouse, or retail environments preferred.
• Organized, able to work across warehouse and light kitchen tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Associates during shifts, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Oversee order fulfilment, inventory control, and quality standards.
• Coordinate warehouse and kitchen tasks; communicate issues to leadership.
• Provide training and guidance to team; maintain a positive, safe work environment.
