Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, delegate duties, ensure accuracy of orders, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

You will lead a team of Operations Associates, train staff, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality customer experiences. This role requires physical stamina and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
• Organized and proficient with basic computer tools (Google Docs/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, maintain safety and cleanliness, and train staff.
• Delegate duties and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Lead Operations Associates and serve as escalation point for daily operations.
• Support cross-functional teams and contribute to operational improvements.
