Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a DashMart local fulfillment center. You will oversee order fulfillment, inventory, and safety while guiding team members and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work across warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and obtain a food handling certificate provided by DoorDash. A high school diploma or GED is required, and flexibility in shifts is expected.

• Lead day-to-day operations during assigned shifts in a local fulfillment center.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and inventory control of warehouse and light kitchen areas.
• Coach and guide Operations Associates, escalating daily issues as needed.
• Assist with warehouse and kitchen tasks and contribute to process improvements.
