Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in our local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, oversee warehouse and light prep kitchen tasks, ensure safe, efficient order fulfillment, and maintain inventory while guiding a team of Operations Associates.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, able to lift up to 50 lbs, proficient with Google Docs/Sheets, and flexible to work varied shifts. Training for food handling will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a pallet jack/hand truck.
• Food handling certificate (training provided).
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety and inventory.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate issues with customers.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily operations as the point of contact.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks, ensuring a positive, safe atmosphere.
• Suggest improvements to quality and customer experience.
