Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment, and guide team members during your shift.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Fulfilling customer orders accurately and communicating issues as they arise.
• Lead Operations Associates during shifts and ensure safe, productive work.
• Support warehouse and kitchen operations and model professional behavior.
• Suggest improvements to quality and customer experience.
