Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day operations in a local fulfillment center, including warehouse and light kitchen duties. You will manage shifts, ensure safe, efficient order fulfillment, and mentor team members.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a food handling certificate (training provided), and a minimum 18 years old. Flexible shifts and a strong team player attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack.
• Ability to obtain a food handling certificate.
• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in food, beverage, warehouse or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of shifts, inventory, safety, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate issues.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily operations.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks, maintaining a safe, productive atmosphere.
• Suggest improvements to quality and customer experience.
