Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee local fulfillment shifts, manage inventory and tasks, and support both warehouse and light kitchen operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely order fulfillment, while guiding team members and maintaining a positive, efficient environment.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule to cover various shifts.

• Communicate with customers and ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups.
