Thorntons is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations. You will lead the team on assigned shifts, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering friendly guest service.

Responsibilities include training team members, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food safety certifications preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Act as shift lead when manager is absent and assign work.
• Manage inventory and cash handling per policy.
• Provide coaching, training and ensure safety practices.
