Auntie Anne's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead Crew Members during assigned shifts at our corporate location in the United States. The role involves directing team activities, ensuring quality, and maintaining cash handling procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The Shift Manager will coordinate breaks, monitor customer service, and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed to standard. Training and evaluation of staff may be required, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• In addition to general traits, leadership and communication ability is essential.
• Must demonstrate organization and attention to detail on shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to operate a calculator for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Crew Members during the shift.
• Supervise breaks and address staffing needs as directed by management.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed on time.
• Manage store funds, run registers, and issue change per policies.
• Monitor product quality and customer service; resolve issues as needed.
• Assist in training and evaluating Crew Members when directed.
