Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with store operations, merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, and back-room tasks as needed.
