Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, signage, and backdoor deliveries as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and support vendor deliveries and backroom processes.
• Support basic bookkeeping activities and adherence to company policies.
