Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Register sales accurately and document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and display planning, pricing, and signage.
• Maintain store cleanliness and condition, and coordinate basic maintenance.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested.
