Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with and coaches other team members in vendor ordering, backdoor deliveries, and stock management.
• Registers all related sales with accuracy, including scanning errors, price verifications, and price changes.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures proper pricing signage per local regulations.
• Supports housekeeping, backroom organization, and adherence to policies; participates in displays and resets as needed.
• Supports pharmacy out window and complies with state/local regulations for regulated products.
