Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dependable team member to open and close the store in the absence of store management, perform start-ups for systems, handle cash and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You may also open the back door for deliveries to support operations.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and model Walgreens' distinctive customer experience while assisting with inventory, pricing, and basic store maintenance responsibilities in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Handle product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as needed.
• Engage customers and patients to ensure a positive experience and resolve questions.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, signage, and basic store maintenance.
