Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to open/close the store in the absence of store management, handle cash, ensure floor and stock room readiness, and manage back door deliveries. You will greet customers, assist with products, and resolve issues to deliver a distinctive customer experience.

You will also process returns, refunds, cash drops, pricing tasks, and maintain accurate inventory and store systems.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
