Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including startup, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Handles returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers friendly, distinctive customer experience and assists customers with products and services.
• Engages customers and helps with questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
