Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling; ensure floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
