Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing returns and refunds, managing the cash register, stocking, inventory accuracy, and supporting the Pickup program and backdoor access for vendor deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Handle cash, process returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with and coach other team members in warehouse and vendor ordering processes, including opening backdoor for vendor deliveries.
• Register all sales on assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors and price verifications.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper on-hand quantities across departments and stockroom.
• Support the Pickup program and general store maintenance and signage as needed.
• Assist with Pharmacy out window where allowed and ensure compliance with state/local laws for regulated products.
• Bag checks of team members before leaving the store and general adherence to policies.
