Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a team member who can open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and pricing tasks, and ensure the store is ready for business. You will assist with vendor deliveries, returns, and creating a positive customer experience.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and help maintain displays and inventory across the floor and stockroom, while following policies and local laws.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management with cash handling and start-ups.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and ensures proper pricing and signage.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and assists with services.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and assists with displays and backroom processes.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, order reviews, and reverse logistics.
• Ensures regulatory compliance for products and bag checks.
