Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dependable team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, handling cash and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You will also manage returns, refunds, and cash drops while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

In this role, you will greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Possess or be eligible for PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, with required cash handling.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and stockroom organization.
• Handle returns, refunds, voids, cash drops, and cash register transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
