Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to help open and close the store when management is not present, handle cash, and ensure the store and stockroom are ready for the day. You will help with deliveries and start-up systems as needed.

The role focuses on delivering a distinctive customer experience through proactive assistance, price accuracy, and friendly service across departments. You will engage customers, manage refunds and returns, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services, resolves issues.
• Maintains store and stockroom readiness and supports vendor deliveries.
