Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to open and close the store when management is not present, handling cash, returns, and daily operations with a focus on accurate pricing and safety. You will assist with vendor deliveries, stock rotation, and providing a cheerful, helpful customer experience.

The role supports merchandising, displays, and back-room functions, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance while delivering a positive, policy-driven service to customers.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in the absence of management and ensure floor readiness.
• Handle cash, returns, refunds, and price verifications.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and back-room operations.
• Support with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues to deliver a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist pharmacy out window as requested.
