Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling as needed.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Assist with pricing, signage and basic department maintenance.
