Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team-oriented individual to help run daily store operations. The role includes opening and closing the store in the absence of management, cash handling, and ensuring shelves and stock rooms are ready for business.

You will assist with vendor deliveries, returns, refunds, and basic pricing tasks, while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and helps with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store/key holder responsibilities and helps with department displays and pricing as needed.
