Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to help open and close the store in management’s absence, handle cash and pricing tasks, and support seamless store operations. You will assist with vendor deliveries, inventory, and customer service to ensure a consistent, positive experience for every customer.

As part of the Walgreens team, you will engage customers, support store displays and pricing accuracy, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized environment.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on store operations, pricing, inventory, and displays to maintain standards.
