Job summary

Walgreens in Dallas is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations and guest experience. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and point-of-sale tasks, and help ensure the floor and stock room are ready for customers.

You will assist customers, resolve questions, manage product returns and price changes, help with displays, and maintain accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing signage; assist with displays and stock organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed; ensure store readiness.
