Job summary

You will also assist with inventory, pricing, and displays to deliver strong customer experiences. The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with the team, and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Register and process sales, refunds, price changes, and voids; handle cash drops and provide change.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, pricing signage, backdoor deliveries, and store displays.
