Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations and customer service. You will open and close the store, handle cash, process returns and refunds, and ensure the floor and back stock are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, assist with products and services, and model best practices to deliver a delightful experience. Also assist with inventory, pricing, and displays while maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures pricing and signage accuracy.
