Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. seeks a Shift Lead to oversee daily on-site operations, guide staff, and ensure safety and service standards on assigned shifts. You will coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain smooth shift execution in fast-paced environments.

The role requires on-site presence with standard full-time hours, background checks, and adherence to client policies. Prior security leadership experience is highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience.
• 1+ years of verifiable Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring staff performance and safety.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol; maintain logs.
• Enforce site policies and post orders, and support scheduling and shift coverage.
• Lead and develop junior officers to meet standards and client requirements.
