Securitas is seeking a Shift Lead Security Officer to supervise security staff across assigned client sites and shifts. This on-site role focuses on immediate leadership, incident prevention, and clear direction for frontline Officers.

You will observe, report, and enforce regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients and personnel while coordinating with site managers and security teams to uphold high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior security leadership experience and stable work history.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts.
• Observe and report activities and incidents to ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and premises.
