Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Security Officer to oversee security teams at client sites, ensure post orders are followed, complete rounds, and file accurate incident and activity reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years of related security experience.
• Experience supervising security officers and staff in a client-site environment.
• Ability to coach, train, and discipline as needed while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers, ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and provide coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare, file, and submit incident reports and activity logs.
• Liaise with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• Assist in payroll submissions and ensure adequate post coverage.
