Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role includes coordinating services, communicating with site leadership, and guiding security officers to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills, with the ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to interact professionally with all levels.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs; understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and, when needed, discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure safety, compliance and customer service standards are met on shift.
